Atlassian Solutions Architect

About the role

Cprime is seeking an Atlassian Solutions Architect to work at the intersection of customers, sales, and delivery. You will shape high‑quality Atlassian solutions, translate business needs into technical designs, and ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops with customers to capture business objectives, current architecture, requirements, constraints and dependencies.
• Translate customer requirements into appropriate Atlassian solution architectures and implementation approaches.
• Produce high‑quality estimates for implementation work, including fixed‑price engagements, with clear assumptions and scope boundaries.
• Support the pre‑sales lifecycle: solution workshops, demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, RFP responses, and Statements of Work.
• Partner closely with the Atlassian Growth and Sales teams to turn early conversations into delivery‑ready proposals.

Required profile

• Strong Atlassian technical knowledge and hands‑on experience with the Atlassian product suite.
• Commercial judgement and ability to assess implementation risk.
• Credibility in client‑facing situations and experience delivering solution architecture in a consulting environment.
• Ability to produce realistic estimates and define clear project scope.
