Player Protection Specialist (Twilight Shift)

About the role

The Player Protection Specialist joins Lottomart Games' dedicated Player Protection Team, operating on a twilight shift to provide 24/7 support for players. You will work closely with the Player Due Diligence team to ensure safe and fair gambling experiences, handling inquiries via calls, chats and emails.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct safer gambling (SG) reviews by analysing player behaviour, spend patterns and account activity.
• Draft and send communications to players regarding required information or concerns.
• Perform follow‑up calls and chats to explore player issues, provide support and gather additional details.
• Escalate high‑risk or concerning cases to the Team Leader or Manager.
• Review player‑submitted documents for accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with the Player Due Diligence team to provide context and support case decisions.
• Ensure all interactions are recorded clearly and comply with internal processes and regulatory expectations.

Required profile

• Strong player‑facing attitude with the ability to handle sensitive conversations calmly.
• Attention to detail for reviewing documentation and identifying risk patterns.
• Willingness to work twilight hours to maintain 24/7 coverage.
• Understanding of safer gambling principles and regulatory compliance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
