Roaming Data Analyst & Specialist

About the role

Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Network Operations, Finance, IT, Customer Services and international roaming partners, the Roaming Data Analyst & Specialist will deliver data‑driven insights to support wholesale roaming agreements, validate tariffs and billing data, and recommend strategies to improve roaming performance and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse roaming traffic, usage trends and performance data.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and monitor roaming revenue for anomalies.
• Support roaming agreement analysis, business planning and preparation of figures for negotiations and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve roaming services and resolve issues.
• Assist in the administration, documentation and record‑keeping of roaming services.
• Coordinate testing, implementation and issue resolution with internal departments and roaming partners.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree or at least three years of equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of mobile telecommunications and finance is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel on a quarterly basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
