About the role
We are a leading iGaming operator seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert advice on employment and privacy matters across our business. The role involves delivering practical legal solutions, ensuring compliance, and supporting the growth of our Legal function.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on employee relations, terminations, complaints and privacy compliance.
- Draft, review and maintain employment and privacy documentation.
- Conduct legal research and identify potential risks.
- Liaise with regulators and external counsel as required.
- Develop scalable legal processes, templates and policies.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience specialising in employment and privacy law.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments relevant to the iGaming sector.
- Proven ability to deliver practical legal advice in a fast‑moving environment.
