Senior Legal Counsel - Employment and Privacy

About the role

We are a leading iGaming operator seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert advice on employment and privacy matters. The role is hybrid and can be based in Malta, Gibraltar or the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver practical legal advice on employee relations, terminations, complaints and privacy compliance.
• Draft, review and maintain employment contracts, policies and privacy documentation.
• Conduct legal research, identify risks and advise on mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Develop scalable legal processes, templates and policies to support the growing Legal function.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience specialising in employment and privacy law.
• Strong understanding of iGaming regulatory environment is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
