Senior Legal Counsel – Employment & Privacy

About the role

We are a leading iGaming operator seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with a focus on Employment and Privacy law. You will provide practical, business‑aligned legal advice across the organisation, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and data‑privacy obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on employee relations, terminations, complaints and related employment matters.
• Ensure privacy compliance across all business units, including data‑handling policies and regulator interactions.
• Draft, review and maintain employment contracts, policies, privacy notices and related documentation.
• Conduct legal research, identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Develop scalable legal processes, templates and policies to support the growing Legal function.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience practising Employment and Privacy law.
• Proven ability to deliver clear, actionable legal advice in a fast‑moving commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
