Bank Account Opening & Banking Data Compliance Manager

About the role

Arnold Ash have been retained to identify and attract an experienced and highly motivated Account Opening, Banking Data & Compliance Manager to join a leading Family Office. This senior compliance and data‑governance role requires extensive experience across both private banking and retail banking environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with private banks, retail banks, credit‑card issuers and merchant service providers.
• Lead and manage bank account opening, maintenance, amendment, review and closure processes.
• Coordinate account onboarding and periodic review, including beneficial‑ownership, source‑of‑wealth, source‑of‑funds, KYC and AML documentation.
• Maintain accurate banking records such as signatories, powers of attorney, payment and investment authorities, e‑banking access rights and credit‑card management.
• Develop and maintain robust systems and controls for compliance and data governance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in private‑banking and retail‑banking compliance, preferably at senior level.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex account‑opening processes.
• Strong organisational, leadership and regulatory‑knowledge capabilities.
