Business Applications Administrator

About the role

B2Spin is looking for a Business Applications Administrator to keep its core collaboration platforms running smoothly. You will enable global teams to focus on product development by ensuring tools like Atlassian, Slack and Google Workspace are reliable, secure and well‑configured.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace for a fast‑scaling global team.
• Manage user provisioning, licensing, access controls and SSO integrations across all platforms.
• Resolve technical issues and system requests promptly to unblock teams.
• Optimize configurations, workflows and integrations to improve efficiency.
• Maintain documentation, governance standards and security best practices.
• Provide onboarding, training and best‑practice guidance to users.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience administering Atlassian, Slack and Google Workspace in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of user management, SSO, access controls and platform security.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to prioritize competing requests.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting distributed, global teams is a plus.
