Client Operations Representative

About the role

Moneycorp is looking for a Client Operations Representative to join its Customer Services team at the Gibraltar office. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service and operational support to the bank’s corporate and private clients, ensuring queries and complaints are handled with empathy, accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries across phone, email and face‑to‑face channels.
• Resolve issues proactively, using initiative rather than scripted responses.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Track down information for internal teams and ensure all communications are logged correctly.
• Take personal ownership of the customer experience and follow up on open cases.
• Handle escalations and complaints in line with company policy and Consumer Duty obligations.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers with sensitivity.
• Maintain accurate client records, update CRM and use trigger events to keep information current.
