CMS Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a CMS Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of our Content Management System, powering engaging gaming experiences for millions of players worldwide. You will shape the product vision, align it with business goals, and drive innovation across our fast‑scaling gaming platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the CMS vision and strategy in line with broader business objectives and gaming content needs.
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to prioritize features and guide product decisions.
• Collaborate with game development teams, designers, and content creators to ensure seamless content workflows.
• Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into development tasks and manage the product backlog.
• Lead user testing initiatives to refine features and enhance CMS usability and performance.
• Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.

Required profile

• Strong product management background with experience in CMS or related software products, preferably in gaming.
• Solid knowledge of CMS platforms and core functionalities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Genuine passion for gaming and insight into game mechanics and player behavior.
