Compliance and Privacy Manager

About the role

Patrianna is seeking a Compliance and Privacy Manager to own and evolve its compliance framework as the company scales internationally. You will ensure the business stays on the right side of regulation while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the end‑to‑end compliance and privacy framework, including policies, controls, governance and risk assessments.
• Monitor regulatory and legislative changes, assess impact, and coordinate implementation across relevant teams.
• Oversee GDPR and data‑protection compliance activities such as ROPAs, DPIAs, data‑subject rights handling, retention policies and privacy‑by‑design implementations.
• Provide practical compliance guidance to Legal, Product, Technology, HR and Finance, translating complex requirements into actionable steps.
• Manage third‑party due diligence, incident response (including data breaches) and audit support, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Design and deliver compliance training and awareness programs to embed compliance into daily work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compliance, privacy or data‑protection roles within technology, gaming, fintech or similarly fast‑paced environments.
• Strong, practical knowledge of GDPR and broader regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Track record of building and implementing compliance policies and governance from scratch.
• Ability to advise both operational teams and senior leadership, simplifying complex concepts.
• Highly detail‑oriented, proactive and solution‑focused.
