Compliance Officer

About the role

Aristocrat is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. You will play a key part in managing AML challenges within the iGaming sector and help shape the future of the firm’s compliance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due‑diligence research, adverse checks and documentary analysis on business partners.
• Perform high‑quality case analysis and provide concise recommendations.
• Identify high‑risk accounts early and report them to the Compliance Due Diligence Manager.
• Monitor changes in gaming regulations, share updates with management and propose actions.
• Prepare correspondence for partners and regulatory bodies and report incidents promptly.
• Support operational compliance, new business authorisations, financial‑crime prevention and internal audits.
• Maintain registers, records and generate required returns and notifications.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Strong ability to identify AML/CTF risks.
• Organisational skills to balance workloads and meet deadlines.
• Previous EDD/AML experience in iGaming is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a large compliance team.
• ICA/ACAMS or equivalent AML qualification is desirable.
