Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

Join Bring It On’s world‑class support team and become the primary point of contact for players of our next‑generation skill games. You will communicate with players across multiple channels, resolve issues, and help shape the product through player feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily support via iMessage, Facebook Messenger, Intercom and email.
• Develop deep knowledge of game features, events and player activities to deliver accurate answers.
• Troubleshoot player problems and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Document interactions and issues in the company CRM.
• Collect player feedback and relay it to product and development teams.
• Assist new players with onboarding and feature education.
• Analyze player behavior using analytics tools to refine support strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote offers and new features.
• Create guidelines and procedures for future support staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of customer support experience, preferably in iGaming.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with KYC processes and payment‑processor interactions.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent time‑management and empathy for players.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using Intercom, iMessage and Facebook Messenger for support.
• Ability to work with analytics platforms and Excel.
