Data Developer – iGaming Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Data Developer to join our iGaming compliance team. You will work on building and maintaining data solutions that support Responsible Gambling (RG) and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) risk models, helping us ensure a safe and regulated gaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain logic and datasets for RG and AML risk identification models.
• Build and optimise database objects to generate reliable, auditable outputs.
• Analyse and validate model outcomes, recommending improvements.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into clear, testable data solutions.
• Investigate data quality issues and document processes for regulated environments.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Support broader database development, including ETL/ELT processing, data transformations, and scheduled batch jobs.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with data, preferably in online gaming or compliance.
• Hands‑on use of SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Experience with SQL Server database engine.
• Strong understanding of data analysis principles, database structures, and business processes.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
