English VIP Support Agent

About the role

R‑NAV is looking for an experienced English‑speaking VIP Support Agent to join its Gibraltar team. You will provide proactive, high‑quality assistance to existing and potential members, primarily from the Gulf region and North Africa, using AI translation tools where needed.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and welcome newly registered members via phone, chat and email.
• Assist members with account registration, deposit methods, withdrawals, game queries and promotional offers.
• Use AI real‑time translation tools to support Arabic‑speaking members.
• Promote events, bonuses and other revenue‑generating opportunities.
• Participate in outbound projects such as re‑activation and follow‑up campaigns.
• Test new games, products and software as required.
• Mentor junior team members when applicable.

Required profile

• Proven customer service and sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Analytical thinking and good judgment.
• Ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
• High motivation, reliability and low absenteeism.

• MS Office proficiency
