Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to support a fast‑growing global company expanding across the US market. The role focuses on aligning aggressive user‑growth initiatives with sustainable unit economics, ensuring marketing spend drives profitable growth while safeguarding the overall P&L, operating expenses, and cash runway.

Key responsibilities

• Own LTV and CPA modeling to maintain healthy unit‑economics ratios.
• Monitor daily/weekly ROAS and payback windows, ensuring marketing spend recovers within acceptable timeframes.
• Partner with Data Science to conduct cohort analysis on player retention and monetisation.
• Lead annual budgeting with external accountants and produce monthly rolling forecasts, especially for variable costs such as platform services and user acquisition.
• Manage cash flow, balancing growth reinvestment with operational profitability and runway planning.
• Oversee departmental OpEx (headcount, software, R&D) to keep costs aligned with revenue growth.
• Assess the financial impact of in‑game economy changes and new feature releases.
• Identify risk trends (softening LTV, rising UA costs) and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in gaming, SaaS, or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Proven track record of budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• SQL (or similar query language).
• Business Intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
