Global Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Global Learning & Development Specialist to join Playtech’s Center of Excellence. In this role you will shape the employee learning experience across multiple locations, supporting the rapid growth of our L&D function while ensuring operational excellence and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver day‑to‑day learning activities such as workshops, webinars, onboarding and mandatory training programmes.
• Manage learning operations to provide a smooth experience for employees, managers and stakeholders worldwide.
• Own L&D reporting, including participation rates, completion tracking, learning analytics and compliance reporting.
• Analyse learning data, identify trends and deliver insights that demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives.
• Monitor mandatory training completion across jurisdictions and support audit and compliance requirements.
• Research, engage and coordinate with external learning providers and vendors from assessment through delivery.
• Support vendor negotiations, budgeting and learning programme administration.
• Develop and maintain L&D playbooks, templates, processes and ways of working to improve efficiency.
• Partner with business colleagues to drive engagement, knowledge sharing and participation in learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience working within a Learning & Development team.
• Background in training coordination, learning operations or similar functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and curious about continuous improvement.
