Grants Coordinator and Impact Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Grants Coordinator and Impact Analyst to expand our Gibraltar Philanthropy team. The role is based on‑site in Gibraltar with occasional travel to overseas offices and projects. It reports to the Senior Manager, Philanthropy and Social Investment and the Managing Director, working Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5.30 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of local initiatives and projects.
• Track spend, milestones and impact across our donations.
• Collect monthly reports from our offices worldwide and turn them into clear updates for senior managers.
• Help roll out the same grant assessment process across all our offices.
• Carry out due diligence on partners, grant applications and project proposals.
• Help run and monitor our in‑house Grant Management System.
• Help prepare Board papers, trustee reports and website updates.
• Other ad‑hoc tasks as and when required.

Required profile

• 2–4 years' experience in grant‑making, charity finance, or monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with high attention to detail.
• Sharp analytical, research and financial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A passion for social good and a commitment to transparency, honesty and humility.
