Head of Operations

About the role

ARRISE is looking for a Head of Operations to shape and drive its operational strategy across a fast‑growing iGaming business. This senior leadership position requires a systems‑thinking mindset, meticulous planning, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to short‑ and long‑term operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Facilitate roadmap discussions between product, technology, and commercial teams.
• Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and capacity planning to meet business priorities.
• Design, implement, and standardise processes that improve efficiency and scalability across multiple locations.
• Champion adoption and optimisation of digital collaboration tools such as SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence.
• Act as the operational connector between Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support.
• Present operational updates to senior management to support informed decision‑making.
• Foster a culture of accountability, adaptability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in operations or a related function.
• Strong strategic thinking with a focus on systems and process optimisation.
• Excellent executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
