Legal Intern – Bilingual Spanish/English Required

About the role

We are a single‑family office based in Gibraltar with international property investments. The legal function sits directly with the Directors, offering a hands‑on experience across five practice areas. Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Corporate & commercial: draft and redline agreements for acquisitions, joint ventures, tenant, supplier and construction contracts, and manage group structures across jurisdictions.
• Commercial litigation: prepare chronologies, disclosures and support counsel in warranty, indemnity and contractor disputes.
• Real estate: handle end‑to‑end acquisitions and disposals, including title searches, contracts, completion and registration.
• Employment & labour: draft employment contracts, manage filings, disciplinaries and tribunal claims, often in Spanish.
• Review & drafting: produce diligence packs, leases, notices and board papers, translating Spanish documents and drafting initial versions.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English – non‑negotiable.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LLB/LLM) or a comparable background with a strong interest in law.
• Commercial mindset: focus on the business deal before the clause details.
• Attention to deadlines and procedural diligence.
• Discretion and willingness to handle confidential family matters.
