Maintenance Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Operations Supervisor will work closely with the Technical Maintenance Manager, senior management, contractors and on‑site staff to keep a portfolio of premium residential and commercial estates safe, well‑maintained and presented to the highest standards. This is an ideal next step for a hands‑on maintenance professional seeking supervisory responsibility in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple estates.
• Act as first point of contact for routine maintenance issues and technical enquiries.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient completion of works.
• Monitor contractor attendance, workmanship and compliance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, plant rooms, communal areas and estate facilities.
• Identify maintenance requirements, report findings and support preventive maintenance programmes.
• Assist with emergency call‑outs, urgent matters and project fit‑outs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management or building services.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Practical, hands‑on approach with high attention to detail.
• Full driving licence preferred.
