People & Culture Manager

About the role

Sircle Collection is launching two new restaurants in Gibraltar and seeks a motivated People & Culture Manager to lead its people strategy. Working closely with the restaurant operations team and the regional People & Culture team, you will ensure a positive employee experience and help build great places to work.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment activities, including job advertisements and coordination with agencies.
• Design, deliver and manage in‑house training and development programmes.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, reporting and analysis.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR advice to managers on employee matters.
• Maintain compliance with Gibraltar employment law, health and safety regulations, and complete mandatory training and reporting.

Required profile

• Previous HR experience, preferably within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident Spanish speaker.
• Understanding of Gibraltar employment law and right‑to‑work in Gibraltar.
