Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

YSIYellow Social Interactive is seeking a commercially‑minded, technically strong Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition for its fast‑growing social gaming business in the US market. You will build and optimise the paid channel engine, working closely with analytics, creative, product and partnership teams to drive scalable customer acquisition across web and app.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across PPC, paid social, Apple Search Ads and programmatic DSPs.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing and efficiency targets while supporting forecasting and growth modelling.
• Maintain end‑to‑end tracking and attribution frameworks (GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust) and resolve platform integration issues.
• Drive continuous performance improvement through creative, audience, bidding and structured testing programmes.
• Support US multi‑state acquisition strategy with geo‑targeting and localisation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience across multiple channel types.
• Proven experience managing web and app attribution frameworks (GA4, AppsFlyer or Adjust).
• Experience operating in a multi‑state or heavily regulated environment; gaming industry background is a plus.
