Player Due Diligence Specialist

About the role

The Player Due Diligence Specialist works from our Gibraltar office to conduct thorough player reviews, assess risk levels and ensure compliance with internal AML procedures and external regulations. This technical, detail‑oriented role supports the integrity of our gambling platform and protects both players and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out Enhanced Due Diligence reports, interpret source‑of‑funds documentation and apply risk scoring.
• Identify and flag suspicious activity, unusual patterns or incomplete information.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across casework, assist with QA checks and document emerging risks.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader, Player Protection and Compliance teams to meet SLA deadlines and provide clear handovers for escalated cases.

Required profile

• Previous experience in AML, data entry, research or a related compliance role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow internal processes.
• Efficient work style to ensure timely case progression.
• Good written communication for case note documentation and a calm, professional team approach.
