Resourcing Team Lead – Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Resourcing Team Lead to join our Operations team at Premier Inn. In this fast‑paced position you will lead a group of Resourcing Coordinators, oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment journey and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Resourcing Coordinators, monitoring performance against service level agreements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications and offer processes for hourly‑paid roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to align talent acquisition with workforce planning.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and support employer‑branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Right‑to‑Work and other legal onboarding requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience facilitating recruitment for hourly‑paid positions, either as a hiring manager or supporting manager.
• Hands‑on experience onboarding new hires and managing compliance documentation.
• Strong administrative background with daily use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Track record of meeting multiple SLAs in a high‑volume environment.
