Risk and Compliance Assistant

About the role

The Risk and Compliance Assistant will join the Risk and Compliance Team of ISOLAS LLP and the Fiduciary Group, supporting regulatory duties and helping to maintain a robust compliance framework. This position offers a solid entry point for a career in risk and compliance within a well‑established financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance Team in meeting regulatory obligations.
• Conduct onboarding activities, including KYC and due‑diligence checks.
• Assist with AML/KYC monitoring and reporting.
• Perform periodic reviews and screening of the existing customer base.
• Provide administrative assistance to ensure compliance with AML/KYC policies.
• Proactively contribute to team projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in a financial services or similarly regulated environment, or a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
