Safer Gambling Agent

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Safer Gambling Agent to lead and strengthen our responsible gambling initiatives. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promote player protection, and develop strategies that support a safe gaming environment. The role works on a rotating shift pattern between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, including mornings, evenings and every second weekend.

Key responsibilities

• Implement safer gambling policies and procedures in line with UKGC, Irish and Gibraltar regulatory expectations.
• Maintain compliance across all customer‑facing activities.
• Conduct proactive and reactive customer interactions to identify behavioural, affordability and financial risk indicators.
• Review customer accounts, apply interventions such as deposit limits, cooling‑off periods, self‑exclusion referrals and GAMSTOP sign‑posting.
• Complete affordability assessments and responsible gambling interactions, escalating complex cases to the Safer Gambling Manager.
• Handle customer contacts related to safer gambling, responsible gaming concerns and self‑exclusion requests in a professional, non‑judgmental manner.
• Support the resolution of safer gambling‑related queries.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Confident, empathetic communicator capable of engaging sensitively with customers on gambling‑related matters.
• Strong knowledge of safer gambling practices, regulatory frameworks and customer risk management.
• Willingness to work a continuous rotating shift pattern, including weekends.
