Safer Gambling Analyst

About the role

The Safer Gambling Analyst will work on‑site in Gibraltar, monitoring player activity to detect signs of gambling‑related harm. You will collaborate with customer support, compliance and risk teams to ensure interventions are timely and effective, helping Lottomart exceed responsible gambling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer accounts and behavioural data to identify risk indicators.
• Interpret alerts, conduct investigations and document decisions according to regulatory and internal policies.
• Liaise with support, compliance and risk teams to apply appropriate interventions such as outreach, limit setting or account restrictions.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of safer gambling tools and policies.
• Support continuous improvement of responsible gambling standards across multiple markets.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting patterns in customer behaviour.
• Knowledge of responsible gambling frameworks and UK/Gibraltar regulatory requirements.
• Background in compliance, risk management, customer operations or a similarly regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and empathetic customer interaction.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment and the capacity to make balanced decisions in sensitive situations.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience using reporting tools.
