Senior Digital Workplace Engineer - Microsoft 365

About the role

BVGroup is seeking a Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to lead the design, delivery, and support of its modern workplace technologies. This L3 position will serve as the highest technical escalation point, ensuring the digital environment remains secure, reliable, and efficient for a global betting and gaming operation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the 3rd‑line technical authority for Digital Workplace services, handling complex incidents and problem resolution.
• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage endpoint management with Microsoft Intune across Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS devices.
• Administer identity and access management using Entra ID, Conditional Access, SSO, and authentication controls.
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V, and Azure Virtual Desktop, including migration projects.
• Provision, migrate, and maintain Azure infrastructure and critical cloud workloads.
• Oversee core infrastructure services like DNS, DHCP, RADIUS/NPS, and data‑centre operations.
• Ensure compliance and security through patch management, vulnerability remediation, and audit readiness.
• Drive automation and process improvements using PowerShell, Power Platform, and related tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and enterprise endpoint management.
• Proven expertise in L3 support, incident resolution, and root‑cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of identity, access management, and cloud virtualization technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
