Senior Legal Counsel - Employment and Privacy

About the role

A leader in the iGaming space is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel with 5+ years' experience specialising in employment and privacy law to join the team. This role will provide practical legal advice on employment matters, including employee relations, terminations, complaints, and privacy compliance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review employment contracts, policies and privacy documentation.
• Conduct legal research on employment and data protection matters.
• Identify and assess legal risks related to employee relations and privacy compliance.
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Develop scalable legal processes, templates and policies for the organization.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with employment and privacy legislation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience practising employment and privacy law.
• Demonstrated ability to provide practical advice on employee relations, terminations and privacy compliance.
• Strong analytical and risk‑assessment skills.
• Experience working in a regulated industry such as iGaming is a plus.
