Senior Legal Counsel – Employment & Privacy

About the role

We are a leading iGaming operator seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with a focus on Employment and Privacy law. You will provide practical, business‑focused legal advice across the organisation, helping to navigate employee relations, terminations, complaints and data‑privacy compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and privacy documentation.
• Conduct legal research and risk assessments on employment and data‑privacy matters.
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Support employee‑relations issues, terminations and grievance handling.
• Develop scalable legal processes, templates and policies to strengthen the Legal function.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience practising Employment and Privacy law.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
