Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

Relax Gaming is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its Legal Team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide proactive legal advice across corporate governance, commercial, software licensing, intellectual property and data protection matters, supporting product, marketing, finance, compliance and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver proactive legal advice on corporate, commercial, IP, licensing and data‑protection issues.
• Identify legal risks, devise mitigation strategies and align them with business objectives.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as software licences, vendor contracts, data‑processing agreements and partnership deals.
• Ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements while protecting company interests.
• Manage contract disputes and post‑contractual legal issues.
• Support corporate governance, including drafting resolutions and internal policies.
• Develop internal legal policies and deliver legal training programmes.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, finance and IT/security teams on new product launches and initiatives.
• Advise on data protection and privacy matters.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor/lawyer/advocate with at least 6 years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience in corporate, commercial and data‑privacy law, preferably in‑house or in a private practice.
• Strong analytical, pragmatic and hands‑on mindset.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented and able to manage workload independently.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable in a multicultural, multinational environment.
