Senior Manager, Restructuring

About the role

Kroll is seeking a Senior Manager to lead restructuring and advisory engagements across its global network. The role will support clients in the local market and, when required, in the UK and other offshore jurisdictions, covering sectors such as Financial Services, Insurance, eGaming, Shipping, and Crypto/Fintech.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end restructuring assignments, from client kickoff to final review.
• Supervise detailed financial analysis of statutory accounts, cash‑flow forecasts and integrated models, identifying key trends and performance drivers.
• Prepare tender documents, manage lender panels and coordinate with other Kroll offices and service lines.
• Review Information Memorandums and liaise with potential purchasers in accelerated M&A transactions.
• Promote Kroll’s services through marketing events, seminars and client presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience running client assignments with responsibility for quality control, recoveries, billing and resource management.
• Strong business‑development capabilities and an established professional network.
• Ability to produce sector analyses, support tender production and drive marketing initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to represent diverse communities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong Word document preparation abilities.
