Talent Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Manager to lead recruitment for our hotel and restaurant portfolio in Gibraltar. You will own the full hiring journey, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers, while partnering closely with department heads to align talent strategy with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment plans for hotel and restaurant roles.
• Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and onboarding.
• Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive experience that reflects our brand values.
• Promote the employer brand across social media, job fairs and charity events in collaboration with People & Culture teams in Gibraltar and London.
• Maintain compliance with Gibraltar employment law and uphold ethical recruitment standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
• Confident Spanish speaker.
• Knowledge of Gibraltar employment law, especially recruitment regulations.
• Right to work in Gibraltar.
