Technical Account Manager – Identity Security

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager who lives and breathes identity security. In this role you will act as the technical champion for our most strategic clients, guiding them through complex identity transformations and ensuring the Saviynt platform becomes a core component of their security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned clients, providing strategic direction throughout their Saviynt journey.
• Lead the technical definition, scoping and design of complex identity security solutions, including RFP responses, professional services estimates, project plans, ROMs and SOWs.
• Own the technical delivery of SOWs, overseeing implementation, troubleshooting and acting as the escalation point for project‑related challenges.
• Conduct regular technical reviews with customers to identify issues, optimize the Saviynt environment and maximize platform utilization.
• Monitor support requests to detect recurring patterns and champion product or process enhancements.
• Partner with account teams to identify up‑sell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities.
• Develop and deliver advanced technical demonstrations and training sessions for clients.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in identity security and IAM/IGA solutions.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex technical projects for enterprise customers.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on proactive issue identification.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
