Technical Compliance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Compliance Analyst to act as the bridge between regulatory requirements and technical execution within our online gaming platform. The role involves translating complex regulatory documentation into clear compliance requirements and ensuring that all operations meet industry standards and legal mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Translate regulatory documentation into actionable compliance requirements for development teams.
• Ensure company operations adhere to industry standards and legal mandates.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical teams to align technical solutions with regulatory expectations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across technical and non‑technical groups.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a business, technical or compliance analyst role.
• Proven ability to analyse regulatory documentation and gather detailed compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Process‑mapping tools such as Lucidchart or Miro.
• Project and issue tracking tools, specifically Jira and/or Notion.
