Technical Compliance Delivery Manager

About the role

We are expanding our platform across Europe and Latin America and need a Technical Compliance Delivery Manager to lead complex compliance initiatives. You will work closely with Regulatory Tech, Data, Product and Technical Compliance teams to design, implement and govern technical solutions that meet evolving international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to develop and roll out technical compliance solutions.
• Identify and manage dependencies across teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Orchestrate delivery of multi‑team compliance projects, monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Maintain a unified compliance roadmap, communicating critical dependencies and aligning delivery plans with regulatory timelines.
• Support post‑launch continuity by tracking trade‑offs, documenting fixes and establishing sustainable transition plans.
• Provide clear updates on progress, issues and blockers to leadership and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating complex, cross‑functional projects in a technical environment.
• Strong ability to anticipate risks, manage escalations and keep delivery flow unblocked.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory technology, data governance and compliance processes.
