Technical Consultant – IAM/IGA

About the role

Join Saviynt as a Senior Technical Consultant focused on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring secure, automated identity lifecycles across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture, translating functional specs into data schemas, connector logic, and workflow definitions.
• Configure and customize the Saviynt IGA platform, develop custom connectors, and manage complex joiner‑mover‑leaver (JML) processes.
• Integrate the IGA solution with target systems such as Active Directory, HRIS, cloud applications, and databases.
• Design, execute, and oversee testing activities and production migrations.
• Provide Tier‑3 support for synchronization errors and performance issues.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and define development best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering enterprise IGA solutions (Saviynt, SailPoint, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Deep understanding of LDAP, SQL, SCIM, JSON, XML and security protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OIDC).
• Experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle E‑Bus/Fusion or similar enterprise applications.
• Professional‑level certification on a major IGA platform; CISSP or CISM is a plus.
