Technical Project Manager

About the role

Yellow Tree, a Gibraltar‑based real estate investment fund, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, organization, control and delivery of its construction and operational projects. The role bridges technical and commercial requirements, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the bidding and tender stage, providing technical and financial advice and defining execution schedules.
• Manage the full development cycle from obtaining building permits through construction to final handover.
• Prepare project plans, allocate resources and coordinate implementation stages together with senior management.
• Monitor construction progress against schedules, enforce deadline compliance and control budget adherence.
• Communicate with designers, subcontractors and suppliers, resolve contractual issues and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with designers and subcontractors, verify work, approve invoices and ensure contractual compliance.
• Update execution plans, budgets and risk registers, guaranteeing timely and budget‑conscious project delivery.
• Optimize the project portfolio by refining segmentation, planning, implementation, monitoring and performance review processes.

Required profile

• Proven ability to plan, organize, control and monitor construction projects from permit to reception.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in managing budgets, schedules and risk registers.
• Capability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships with designers, subcontractors and suppliers.
