About the role

The airport is looking for a Maintenance Technician specialized in micro‑informatics and electromechanics to support the X‑ray inspection systems at Gibraltar Airport. The role is focused on weekend shifts and offers the chance to work with critical security equipment while receiving specialized training.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on X‑ray inspection systems.
• Diagnose and resolve micro‑informatics and electromechanical incidents.
• Ensure continuous and reliable operation of key airport equipment.

Required profile

• Technical background in Microinformatics, Electromechanics or related vocational training.
• Problem‑solver who works autonomously and can respond quickly to incidents.
• Residence near La Línea or Gibraltar is a plus.
