Treasury Assistant Vice President – Remote

About the role

As a Treasury Assistant Vice President at Xapo Bank, you will join a fully distributed team to drive the bank’s Bitcoin‑first strategy while managing traditional fixed‑income investments. Working closely with the Head of Treasury, you will blend trading expertise with structured product design to support investment and hedging activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Treasury’s fixed‑income portfolio, sourcing and executing investments within risk limits.
• Balance risk and reward across investment and structuring activities, adhering to the Group’s risk appetite.
• Design and launch structured products, including Bitcoin‑linked yield and hedging solutions.
• Execute OTC Bitcoin and FX trades, maintaining strong counter‑party relationships.
• Apply trading discipline to daily investment, hedging, and execution tasks.
• Identify and mitigate credit, market, currency, and interest‑rate risks.
• Contribute to Treasury reporting, including performance, P&L, and risk metrics for senior committees.

Required profile

• Commercially minded finance professional with a strong interest in both traditional finance and Bitcoin.
• Proven experience in fixed‑income investment management.
• Ability to design risk‑aware, creative financial solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
