Data Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Data Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap and lifecycle of enterprise data products. Working at the intersection of business, operations, risk, compliance and technology, you will drive trusted, secure and reusable data solutions that support regulatory requirements, operational excellence and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the data product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business and regulatory goals.
• Improve data quality, governance and metadata management across the enterprise to ensure trusted data.
• Lead data migration initiatives and establish robust controls and reporting frameworks for compliance.
• Ensure data products deliver measurable business value, supporting operational excellence and growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to translate business needs into prioritized requirements and champion data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data management, analytics or data quality within financial services, demonstrating ability to handle complex data environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk and compliance frameworks, and ability to embed them into data solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem‑solving and communication skills to drive adoption of data products.
