Head of Structured Solutions – Remote

About the role

Xapo Bank is building a Structured Solutions function to expand its product suite across yield products, tokenisation, asset‑backed lending and other innovative structures. As Head of Structured Solutions you will own an existing revenue‑generating credit fund, manage its counterparty relationships, and define the strategic roadmap for new structured offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the credit fund, completing knowledge transfer from outgoing team members.
• Set the strategic direction and house view for structured investment solutions.
• Design, launch and manage new structured products, including yield products, tokenisation initiatives and Bitcoin‑backed loans.
• Lead interactions with the Investment Committee and the licensed Investment Manager.
• Build and scale the Structured Solutions team as the function grows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in credit underwriting, counterparty selection and ongoing monitoring.
• Strong judgment in structuring deals and the ability to walk away from poorly under‑written opportunities.
• Track record of leading product development from concept through launch in a financial services environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders.
