Poker Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Poker Operations Executive to join our fast‑paced operational team that powers the Gaming, Sports and Poker experiences across multiple brands. You will help maintain and enhance our poker proposition on web and app platforms, ensuring every player interaction is relevant, accurate and entertaining.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of poker content, promotions and merchandising on websites and apps.
• Publish and maintain onsite content, delivering activities accurately and on schedule.
• Work with the Poker Operations Manager and stakeholders to execute commercial priorities and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor the player journey, identifying and resolving content or operational issues.
• Use knowledge of poker players, events and industry trends to create an engaging onsite proposition.
• Collaborate with CRM, Commercial, Product, Technology and Operations teams to support campaigns and launches.
• Analyse performance data and player insights to improve content effectiveness and engagement.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives across Poker Operations.

Required profile

• Excellent knowledge of poker, player behaviours, key tournaments and the wider landscape, with genuine enthusiasm for the game.
• Experience managing digital content, merchandising or operational activity in an online, customer‑focused environment.
• High attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and maintain quality in a fast‑moving setting.
• Collaborative approach with confidence building relationships across multiple teams and using insight for decision‑making.
