Senior Affiliate Specialist (5‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking a senior affiliate leader to define and deliver our global affiliate strategy for top betting and gaming brands such as William Hill, 888 and Mr Green. This five‑month fixed‑term position reports to senior leadership and oversees an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global affiliate strategy aligned with commercial objectives and customer acquisition goals.
• Lead affiliate performance across multiple brands and markets, optimizing investment, profitability and return on marketing spend.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and growth plans to meet quarterly and annual acquisition targets.
• Build, inspire and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide senior leadership insight through performance analysis, commercial insight and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain productive relationships with partners and cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Product, Technology, Compliance and Legal.
• Champion innovation in affiliate technology, automation, AI, measurement and performance frameworks.
• Ensure all affiliate activity complies with regulatory, compliance and governance requirements while managing risk.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading affiliate marketing programmes within online betting, gaming or other highly regulated digital environments.
• Proven success developing and executing affiliate strategies across multiple markets, brands or complex commercial landscapes.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing managers and specialist teams, with a track record of building capability and succession plans.
• Commercially astute and highly analytical, able to translate complex data into clear actions, recommendations and business outcomes.
