Senior Manager, Emergency Cash Delivery

About the role

GiveDirectly is scaling its emergency response operations to deliver cash quickly to people affected by crises. As a Senior Manager on the Delivery team you will build capacity, strengthen response systems and mentor delivery staff, while contributing to strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and train Delivery Managers and surge roster members on response systems, tools and best practices.
• Support quality assurance, operational excellence and continuous improvement of tools, protocols and documentation.
• Contribute to strategic vision, resource planning and operational efficiency metrics.
• Deploy on short notice to lead emergency cash programs, supervise implementation and ensure safety and documentation.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of experience in problem‑solving, team management or new business development, preferably in humanitarian or emergency contexts.
• Strong analytical mindset, project management skills and ability to work in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Portuguese or Arabic are a plus.
