Commercial Finance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Finance Analyst to join Yellow Social Interactive’s FP&A team. The role will support financial planning, analysis and the onboarding of a new brand into the YSI portfolio, working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑range planning processes.
• Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, customer acquisition, LTV/CAC, margin and cash flow.
• Produce monthly management reporting packs with clear variance analysis.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to evaluate ROI on campaigns and promotions.
• Assist in financial due diligence, integration planning and migration into YSI’s financial systems for new brand launches.
• Establish KPI tracking, performance dashboards and cost allocation models.
• Conduct scenario modelling and stress testing using Looker Studio and Tableau.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or high‑growth digital businesses.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability with commercial curiosity.
• Qualified or part‑qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modelling.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker Studio and Tableau.
• Understanding of SaaS‑style metrics (LTV, CAC, ARPU, cohort analysis).
