Digital Commercial Finance Manager – Gibraltar

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Commercial Finance Manager to join our consumer‑facing digital gaming business in Gibraltar. Working within a small, flat finance team, you will partner with product, marketing, operations and senior leadership to turn data into commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own FY27 strategy, budgeting, reporting and performance analysis for key initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance the group budget model and drive the budget/re‑forecast process.
• Provide financial insight and challenge on weekly trading calls and deputise for the Head of Online Finance.
• Manage digital finance data integrity, governance and KPI definition, collaborating with IT and data teams on the new data warehouse.
• Partner with marketing to evaluate campaign performance, build business cases and lead budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
• Senior FP&A or commercial finance experience in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate large data sets into actionable insight.
• Confident challenger at all levels and self‑starter thriving in a small, flat structure.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
