Director of Product

About the role

Patrianna, a fast‑scaling product development company at the intersection of technology and entertainment, is seeking a Director of Product to own the end‑to‑end product strategy for its multi‑product portfolio. You will translate company goals into a coherent vision, drive execution from concept to launch, and shape the future of social gaming for millions of players worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy across the entire portfolio, aligning with company objectives.
• Set, cascade, and report Product & Technology OKRs with the executive team and C‑level stakeholders.
• Lead and develop senior product managers, building a scalable leadership bench.
• Prioritise at the portfolio level, making data‑driven decisions on what to build, defer, or discard.
• Serve as the senior product interface for commercial leadership and strategic external partners.
• Champion AI‑first ways of working, embedding automation throughout the product organisation.

Required profile

• Proven product leadership at scale, having led leaders and owned business outcomes across multiple products.
• Track record of turning ambiguous goals into clear product strategy and delivering results quickly.
• Executive presence with experience setting OKRs with C‑suite and reporting at board level.
• Commercial fluency, comfortable discussing revenue and business impact alongside product requirements.
• Strong analytical grounding, using numbers to drive prioritisation.
• Background in online gaming or building consumer‑facing products at scale is strongly preferred.
