Lettings Manager – Short‑Term & Holiday Rentals

About the role

We are seeking a Lettings Manager to lead and expand our short‑term and holiday rentals division. Based in Gibraltar, you will provide strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and deliver outstanding guest experiences across a growing property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the short‑term lettings and holiday rentals division.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to achieve strategic growth objectives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintaining high standards across all properties.
• Identify and implement opportunities to increase occupancy, revenue and efficiency.
• Design and roll out processes and procedures to support departmental growth.
• Analyse performance data, budgets and market trends to inform commercial decisions.
• Mentor, support and develop team members, fostering a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Excellent communication, organisational and people‑management abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, property management or short‑term rental sectors.
• IT literacy and strong administrative skills.
• Flexibility to work a rota that may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Residency in Gibraltar or nearby Spain for commuting.
